Dariusz Tabisz

CONDUCTOR

  • Maybe you have already asked yourselves what Opera is:

    a meeting point
    a temple
a mirror reflecting the truth about ourselves...

Do you feel the magic of this place when looking at the picture?
Do you feel the power of the flashy images
    Can you hear the music?

Who am I?

I’m composed of all the people I’ve met
those, who left their traces in my heart
when we shared
passion,
truth,
music which have been flowing through them
is now flowing through me...
I thank them with all my heart!

Offer

Within the scope of the traditional mainstream, I work as a conductor
with opera ensembles,
symphony orchestras, chamber orchestras
choirs, soloists,
and dance theatre groups.

I perform classical repertoire
ranging from the early music to contemporary pieces,
but I also like to reach for
less frequently played, newly discovered or premiere pieces.

Within the Hybrids of Culture trend I am a co-creator of
singular and cyclical artistic events,
I both conduct and host speaking concerts
as well as workshops for the audience
introducing them into the world of music, opera and singing.

I search for new ways of
music education for children and the Youth.

An important element of this trend is
the use of music
to promote Peace,
and integrate the excluded,
as well as to create new forms
of communication across language barriers.
